Risikocontroller – Risk Controlling & Limit Management (m|w|d)

MEAG is part of the Munich RE Group and is one of the most important asset management companies in the world. In support of the Risk Controlling & Limit Management team, you will complement the methodological and operational competence for controlling the Munich Re investments.

Your tasks:

• Methodological and process responsibility for the calculation of market risk potential for public and special funds according to the capital investment lawbook and derivatives regulation by Risk Metrics ink. Back and stress testing
• Liquidity risk measurement and control of Munich Re Group's assets and special and public funds including stress testing
• Risk monitoring and control for our first and reverse insurance customers with consideration of all asset classes managed by MEAG and related derivatives, as well as all risk dimensions (including market, credit and economic and balance-sheet risks)
• Close cooperation with other departments of MEAG and within the Munich Re Group
• Participation in transnational projects

Your profile:

• Complete study of financial mathematics and related studies with quantitative focus
• First professional experience in risk controlling or in a comparable function desirable but no condition
• Good programming knowledge, ideally desirable in Python and R, SAP knowledge
• Enthusiasm for innovation in the technical field as well as strong team spirit with fun in cooperation
• Good communication capability, loadability
• Very good knowledge of English and German (C1) in word and writing
