Logistics & Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d)

In the field of logistics, you are responsible for the handling of the sales logistics for our Volvo own sales locations, our private dealers and our key account; You work closely in an interface function with our sales service, sales managers and other relevant stakeholders. To the tasks in detail: You actively check orders, track them and process the system data accordingly. For our retail network you are the contact person for production planning, production and delivery. You recognize and control proactive production and delivery deviations and may lead to the future. Optimization measures. besides checking and releasing estates and system-based implementation, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth and timely flow of invoices between work, market organization and retail network. In the Sales Support section, you control the central pool of demo vehicles and the central stock in coordination with product management and sales.
