State-certified technician/master/B.Eng. with a specific design or relevant professional experience in the technical management of existing real estate Multiannual professional experience in similar function desirable Sovereign handling of MS-Office and the relevant software solutions High commitment and responsibility Strong interest in cross-company maintenance projects Embossed customer orientation as well as a friendly and safe occurrence towards tenants Extensive service provider understanding Team and communication skills To achieve the different objects, a driving licence class B is absolutely necessary
