Responsibly take over the planning responsibility for the performance phases 1 to 4 according to HOAI from basic determination to approval planning and coordinate internal and external planning stakeholders. Solution-oriented develop the necessary concepts and coordinate them closely with the competent approval authorities. Carefully accompany the creation of new and remodeling projects.

You have a degree in architecture or a comparable august. You can prove any professional experience. We require very good knowledge of CAD and Microsoft Office; Experience in Revit is desirable. Predictive, entrepreneurial and customer-oriented action is just as good as pleasure in working in the team. You will bring knowledge of German language and writing to at least C2 level.
