Tasks that keep you posted:

Our IT Warehousing & Supply Chain Management team ensures that the hardware is available at the right time, in the right place and at optimal costs in all markets. Our goal is to deliver punctual deliveries to the market. We are responsible for the entire process from the ordering of the hardware from suppliers to the delivery to the markets and are responsible for the logistical and commercial processes of the non-trade goods. In addition to day-to-day business, we aim to analyze and optimize our existing supply chain processes.

Procurement and supplier management: You are responsible for the complete (end to end) management and storage of your assigned hardware items. You tax the service providers and act as a contact person for products, regions and other stakeholders. In doing so, you support them in all questions concerning the hardware articles you provide and the related processes. Data analysis and reporting: You analyze supply chain codes and data to monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and identify possibilities for improvement. In the course of this, you will create reports and presentations for different stakeholders. In addition to your daily business, you are constantly striving for process optimization: you identify and implement ways to improve logistics processes and processes within the supply chain, and use technology and automated systems to increase efficiency. You also opt for commercial processes to secure bills. Change topics: You are driving smaller change initiatives and driving their successful implementation to continuous improvement. Project participation: You actively support projects. Interface work: You work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient processes and smooth processes.

Process know-how: at least five years of professional experience in the analysis of processes, ideally in the logistics and/or trading environment.
