We are looking for a facility manager (m/w/d) for two stationary youth assistance projects in the Helmstedt district. There are two offers under one roof: a group of children and adolescents aged 6 - 15 years (8 seats) and a group of people aged 16 years (3 seats). The terrain is excellently suited to develop experiential or animal-assisted offers. Construction and development of the offers according to § 34 SGB VIII Development and leadership of a new team of professionals (m/w/d) Ensuring compliance with the statutory provisions and the holistic and need-oriented support and support of children and young people (m/w/d) Responsibility for financial management, budget planning and compliance with hygiene rules readiness to call in exchange with other management forces Cooperation with authorities, institutions, internal and external partners and network work

Complete study of social education/social work, pedagogy, education, special education or psychology (diploma, bachelor, master or magistrate) or comparable educational qualifications e.g. B.: Medical education Multiannual relevant professional experience in the management of one or more institutions and thus excellent knowledge of the statutory provisions and quality standards in child and youth assistance Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with children and adolescents affected and/or traumatized (m/w/d) Good communication and cooperation skills readiness for regular training and further development of their own expertise Class B driving licence
