You install coffee machines and water dispensers and take them into operation, including custom programming and individual settings You carry out maintenance work and analyze and troubleshoot our high-quality coffee machines at our business customers You accompany customers from assembly to the first beverage tasting in the Recklinghausen region You advise our customers with expertise on technical equipment, functions and services Ensure device safety according to applicable DIN standards and VDE guidelines You document the service operations digitally after completion

Completed training as an electrician:in, electronic:in, electrical skills for defined activities or comparable technical training Experience in technical customer service, service or handling of white goods Valid driving class B for use in the Recklinghausen region Very good German knowledge and strong communication skills Service-oriented appearance and joy in direct contact with customers Self-employed and structured operation, reliability and loadability
