Your duties As customer service manager at Vonovia, you are responsible for the technical and economic management of the customer service team Leadership and further development of the MRP team appointment coordination of customer service and maintenance operations You process supply creation and carry out quality control Depending on your needs, you carry out local visits You develop technical solutions and then implement them Date and execution control of maintenance and framework contracts Material adjustments Preparation of completed orders for billing All-in-one office work and support of customer service with regard to administrative and organizational tasks (e-mail correspondence, suspensions, etc.) You depend on the economic requirements and act as a specialist contact for customers and colleagues You implement new product standards and optimize processes by analyzing the cost factor, for example
