For the organization unit SB-Server and Checkout, we are looking for the next possible appointment for the Hanover, Münster or Frankfurt am Main site Business Analyst (m/w/d).

Our department ensures that the systems run smoothly and remain secure for the future in the daily bank. We take care of the SB server, the applications customer self-service (KSB) and the OSPlus checkout. We take over the entire value chain – from conception, development and integration to test/taking to consulting, maintenance, load-level support, documentation and training. Since the KSB is composed of host, server and client, close cooperation with the teams of host and client applications takes place, with the SB server acting as a connecting member. The OSPlus cash register is a central component of stationary sales and integrated into the OSPlus portal. An essential part of the tasks includes manufacturer’s regulations, coordination, strategic planning, and the search and integration of new manufacturers for the special banking periphery.

Note: The department is located almost exclusively at the Hanover site.

Support and optimization of existing products, including the identification of improvement potentials and the handling of tickets in load-level support, as well as tracking of ticket processing from the supplier Development and coordination of specialist concepts with stakeholders, including more complex requirements Consulting and support of institutes and associations in the field of customer self-service Planning and performing tests, including first steps to automate test processes Implementation of detailed data analyses for decision support and presentation of results before internal teams Analysis of market trends and deriving recommendations for action to improve the customer journey Process design and coordination of interface management with internal and external partners

A successfully completed subject-related study or comparable training At least two to three years of professional experience Technical knowledge in the area of client/server, network and databases are advantageous Skills for developing and coordinating concepts with stakeholders in complex requirements Outstanding analytical skills, problem-solving competence, communication and presentation strength as well as team skills fun at work in a dynamic environment and with technical orientation Interest in working in new topics as well as the willingness to continue training
