Customer Advisor Education & Training / Sales (m/f/d)

Strengthen the team of DEKRA Akademie GmbH at our location in Weingarten. The place is to be occupied in part-time for 30 hours/week and is initially limited to two years.

You advise interested parties individually about our training, retraining and coaching and provide a positive customer experience You identify individual educational needs and inform about suitable offers and funding opportunities You create offers, support in registration and promotion processes and actively follow open requests You gain new prospects for our educational opportunities and contribute to the expansion of our number of participants Finally, you document consulting and sales activities reliably in our CRM and ERP systems

Studies in economics, pedagogy, economic education, social education, educational management, training to the commercial specialist, commercial training with relevant professional experience or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in customer consulting or sales, ideally in the educational environment Good knowledge of training opportunities and funding opportunities, e.g. Safe handling of M365 Convincing communication and safe occurrence in personal, telephone and digital customer contact Structured and independent operation
