• You are responsible for and accompanying the fulfilling of our Managed Services Contracts to our customers from a wide range of industries and are proactive.

• You work as part of our Central Service Management Office Team and meet customers of different sizes and industries, so you are constantly working with sales and working closely with our local and global delivery units and data centers.

• You build a partnership with your customers, have their needs in mind, get them consulted and solution-oriented to the page to develop long-term cooperation.

• You are responsible for maintaining the Service Level Agreements, for appropriate planning and control and report to your customers and your management**

• You work with internal projects and support colleagues in the daily business.

• A completed study of (economic) computer science, economics, mathematics, natural sciences or comparable vocational training forms the basis of your qualification.

• You have first practical professional or project experience in IT ideally in the field of SAP solutions.

• You bring IT technology knowledge and understanding, as well as a customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking.

• You have very good knowledge of Business operations and work responsible and structured.

• A expressed communication capability, a professional occurrence and good presentation techniques** belong to your strengths. You can put yourself in other people and feedback is a chance to grow for you.

• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
