• take over the project management for the development and creation of customer-specific service solutions for projects and programs in cooperation with the international R&S service hubs and the service operation.

• Ensuring the serviceability of R&S systems in various fields of application and technology application.

• Interface function in the global service and competent contact for project management, development, sales, purchasing and contract management.

• Structure and responsibility for compliance with standards (methodic and framework, processes, tools, templates, etc.).

• Developing concepts for support services with an in-service runtime of up to 30 years and ensuring the fulfillment of customer requirements by R&S Service Operation or external service partners.

• Development of service processes and implementation for the international R&S service units.

• Complete studies of business, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualifications.

• Multiannual professional experience and knowledge in the field of after sales services and/or service operations management in the industrial environment with strong customer orientation.

• experience and implementation of projects linked to the management of cross-departmental project teams.

• wide-ranging business knowledge and interest in ''Technical Service Operation'.

• Pre-experiences in the field of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) are advantageous.

• Communication strength at all organisational levels and high level of self-initiative.

• German and English knowledge in word and writing.
