Project Manager*in Digitalization Construction Project Management (m/w/d)

In our regional energy transition department, we bundle our potential to successfully shape the energy transition and the heat transition. Particular attention is paid to increasing efficiency through digitization and intelligent automation as well as to a coordinated process management. As a project manager*in for digitalization projects in the ND-DI department, you actively shape this change. You take responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of complex digitalization projects and work closely with specialist areas, IT, project teams and external partners.

You conduct digitalization projects with a focus on building project management and support solutions close to the construction project. Together with stakeholders, you develop requirements for digital tools, platforms and processes – e.g. for project status reports, resource planning, measure control or interfaces to SAP/PS. You coordinate implementation in close cooperation with IT, project management, PMO and specialist areas. You develop concepts for the integration of project management methods into digital systems and accompany their introduction. You actively contribute to the further development of PM maturity in the department – for example by standardization, automation and establishment of best practice

You have completed your studies, for example in (economic) informatics, industrial engineering, project management or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in the management of IT or digitization projects – ideally in the municipal or energy business environment. You know about classic and agile project management methods (e.g. IPMA, PRINCE2, Scrum). You bring experience in construction project management and have a good understanding of the requirements and processes in technical infrastructure projects Knowledge of BIM methodology or digital construction processes is advantageous. You work structured, strong communication and solution-oriented – even in complex project environments.
