As a group management power (m/w/d) you ensure safe, reliable and efficient control as well as further development of system management and network stability while complying with technical, legal and economic requirements. You guide the organization unit in a disciplined and professional manner, implement personnel and development measures, plan and coordinate employee assignments and conduct feedback and compensation talks You ensure system stability and security, develop strategies for electricity networks, carry out risk analyses and implement legal requirements in load and feed management You conduct and coordinate projects in the field of system management, optimize processes and data models and work with You monitor network codes, coordinate measures for troubleshooting and document work as well as measures for system management You plan and control costs, optimize processes and deploy foreign services You organize shift operation and standby services for the organisational unit

Complete master's degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering or comparable qualification Long-term professional experience in the relevant field and strong leadership competence Complete qualification as an electric specialist with a focus on energy supply Knowledge of power supply, switching rating up to 110 kV, regulatory requirements (BNetzA) Very good IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, NEPLAN, GIS, network control systems) Willingness to participate in management readiness English skills and knowledge in electrotechnical regulations
