As a working student concept development (m/w/d) at Team Events, Technology & Innovation, you support the innovative use of our event areas with new concepts and thus contribute to a unique customer experience. Concept development: You support the idea-finding and development of new concepts for the use of our event areas, including analysis of market trends and customer requirements. Innovative design and experience ideas: creative support in planning and designing the areas to create a unique event experience for customers and guests. Team Leads support: You perform organizational and administrative tasks, coordinate meetings and prepare presentations. Project assistance: assistance in the planning and implementation of events, research and documentation of relevant project information and close cooperation with other team members. Process optimization: Support in the development of internal processes and structures to make processes in the team more efficient.

Study in Event Management, Marketing, Design, BWL or a related area Good MS Office skills and skills in presentation and graphics applications are desirable Interest in creative concept development and event design: You bring enthusiasm for innovative spatial concepts and design ideas Organisational strength and initiative: Structured and reliable working methods and openness in dealing with different stakeholders readiness to travel and German and English very well in word and writing
