They are competent contact persons for all credit organization and regulatory issues (e.g. MaRisk, EBA guidelines, KWG, etc.) for managers and employees of the credit business Your business focus is the credit business with business and corporate customers of the TARGOBANK Group within the Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale Group They create and monitor independently the written order and implement targeted controls, in coordination with the relevant market and market follow-up units They develop the methods and procedures used in the credit business in a conceptual way and act as a stimulus for optimizations They are responsible for the development of quality standards and requirements for their monitoring They form the interface to other specialist departments as part of the introduction and implementation of policies and processes

Qualified vocational training (e.g. bank clerk and bank-related training (e.g. bank-operated business) or completed university studies Knowledge of the credit business and several years of professional experience in the corporate customer sector Very good practical knowledge of credit, contract and securities Good knowledge of legal/ regulatory requirements for credit business Ability to think in processes, structure, document and optimize processes Responsible and targeted work high communication, learning and performance as well as team skills Language knowledge: German (at least C1) and English in word and writing
