As Head of Supply Chain Planning (m/w/d)*, you are responsible for the end-to-end planning at the Landshut site and make a significant contribution to the stability and sustainability of the supply chain. You combine strategic development with operational control and ensure reliable care even in challenging situations. Your duties Leadership and further development of the supply chain planning team Total responsibility for end-to-end planning (demand, supply, production) including S&OP Ensuring efficient production and material planning including Date and capacity control in SAP Control of critical supply situations through integrated scenario and escalation management Data-based control and further development of planning by SAP as well as BI and Analytics Tools Head of strategic improvement and digitization initiatives in cooperation with interdisciplinary, international teams Your profile Technical or economic studies focusing on supply chain management or comparable Multiannual experience in supply chain planning, production planning or operational purchasing of an industrial environment Very good SAP knowledge (MM/PP) and experience with BI and Analytics tools Experience in end-to-end process optimization, ideally using LEAN methods Designed analytical skills and decision-making in complex operational situations Communication and leadership skills as well as excellent English knowledge in word and writing Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
