Ensuring the perfect technical state of the technical installations to be supervised including proactive small repairs and repairs Implementation of control rounds and visits as well as notification of identified deficiencies and special events Support and coordination of foreign companies and communication with users or Rentals of the property Independently responsible inspections, maintenance and testing of electrical systems including digital documentation of the activities carried out via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance protocols) Standby and emergency services

Technical training as an electronic / electrician / power plant electronics or electrical installer ideally with several years of professional experience and experience in the field of measurement and control technology / building control technology / hazard alarm systems Customer-oriented, dedicated employees, for the teamability and reliability are of course with service-oriented working methods, good technical expertise and craftsmanship Willingness to carry out cross-company work such as e.g. in the field of mechanics (doors, gates, etc.) Optimum would be good knowledge of MS Office / SAP and Planon High reliability and quality awareness and successful safety review Ü2 English at least.
