You enter and advise our existing customers, recognize potentials and convince in up and cross-selling. You work on qualified, warm leads and keep them structured. With your fingertip feeling in the acquise, you speak professionally to interested parties. If you have any questions about our solutions, you can support our customers and ensure high customer satisfaction. You work with our CRM system, document customer contacts and keep a close eye on sales opportunities. You bring your own ideas for sales and customer retention and support our team in support.

You have joy in sales, you like to phone and convince by your strong communication skills. In customer contact, you are confident and friendly. You work structured and are ready to work in our CRM system and our web application. You have basic English skills. Professional experience in a forwarding or a transport company is of advantage, but no prerequisite. As a team player with positive performance, you can flexibly and reliably face new challenges.
