Your duties

• They run a facility manager (m/w/d) and home technicians (m/w/d) department and promote continuous development

• Multiannual relevant professional experience in facility management or TGM
• Technical leadership experience
• Good knowledge of relevant regulations in building management and the requirements of operator responsibility

• Enforcement combined with empathy
• Experience with CAFM desirable
