You develop, configure and expand identity management solutions based on One Identity Manager Custom processes, scripts, templates, workflows and data model extensions are used with the relevant OneIM tools Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online as well as SAP and HR systems are integrated into existing solutions Develop synchronization, commissioning, commissioning and reconciliation processes as well as as asynchronous ITSM interfaces and treats you You support migrations, release changes and controlled transports via development, testing and production environments Analyze job, synchronization, connector, performance and production problems and fix them including root-cause analysis For testing, validation, acceptance and operation transfer, you will participate and distinguish standard release changes, customizing, interface adaptation and technology change You can document technical solutions and transfer know-how to project and operating teams You develop AI-based solution approaches and automations, evaluate their added value and operating limits critically and initiate concrete impulses to develop existing processes and to establish new ones Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the local and home customers

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics, mathematics, economics or comparable vocational training Practical development experience with One Identity Manager in project or operating environments Several OneIM components, in particular designers, managers, Object Browser, Job Queue Info and Synchronization Editor, are familiar to you You have knowledge of development in C#/.NET or resilient OneIM scripting experience as well as knowledge in SQL and relational databases OneIM data model, templates, processes, events, job chains, scripts and custom extensions you understand Experience with AD/LDAP connections as well as commissioning, synchronization and reconciliation supplements your profile You can cleanly test, document and transport technical changes via multiple environmental steps Your skills with One Identity Starling Connect and SuccessFactors integration are particularly valuable You work hands-on, analyzes complex errors systematically and securely tune with relevant interfaces You know how to use AI tools in a targeted and reflected way, critically evaluate results and effectively introduce current technological developments and innovative impulses into your work, projects and customer solutions Good knowledge of German and English (min. B2) complete your profile
