Description Your main tasks: Ensuring a uniform and correct data base for planning, controlling and accounting Responsibility for the nationwide KPI control as well as the analysis of performance, cost and productivity indicators Structure, development and control of controlling and analytics structures in the workforce management environment Definition, maintenance and monitoring of accounting parameters and standards Analysis of deviations, causes and trends and derivation of recommendations for action Creation of reports, analyses, decision-making and control bases for management and departments Close cooperation with Finance, HR, Operations, Payroll, IT and other internal interfaces Professional leadership and further development of the controlling & analytics team Ensuring compliance with internal policies, processes and compliance requirements Support for internal and external audits and audits by providing revision-proof data

Qualifications That's what you bring: Complete studies in the field of business management, controlling, business informatics or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in controlling, analytics or workforce management environment Experience in the analysis of complex data structures as well as in the handling of KPIs and control indicators Very good understanding of planning, reporting and accounting processes leadership experience or proven experience in the professional management of teams High analysis and number affinity as well as structured, precise operation Safe handling of reporting, BI and data analysis tools as well as very good Excel knowledge Impressed communication capability and enforcement strength towards internal and external stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High level of responsibility, self-initiative and reliability
