Administrator Infrastructure / Network (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Management and monitoring of IT infrastructure and networks
• Ensuring network and system availability and data security
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software
• Error analysis and fixation in network and system problems
• Run regular backups and recovery tests
• Planning and implementation of IT projects to optimize infrastructure
• Support and training of users in IT issues and problems

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete training or studies in IT
• Multiannual professional experience in the administration of IT infrastructures and networks
• Knowledge of network technologies (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience with server and storage systems (e.g. Windows Server, Linux, SAN)
• Knowledge in firewalls (Cisco FWSM, ASA or Firepower) including virtual contexts (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V)
• Confidence with IT security standards and protocols
• Flowing German knowledge in Word and Writing (min. C1)
