Complete technical training as a chemical laboratory technician, material examiner, ATA, PhyTA, CTA or PTA; alternatively: study of natural sciences or engineering Experience in teaching laboratory skills and ideally didactic qualifications Joy in teaching knowledge and working with people Sovereign communication skills and presentation joy before groups Technical understanding and willingness to incorporate into new fields Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing own initiative and the ability to inspire others
