Social planner (m/w/d) We are looking for the Office for Social Affairs and Participation of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place is to be occupied in part-time (50 %) and for two years from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2027. The development department of social infrastructure plans and develops the social infrastructure in the state capital of Stuttgart. The place is located in the social planning area.

Together with a team, you are responsible for social planning in the field of social psychiatry or Inclusion aid (social psychiatry and disability assistance) You develop the social infrastructure of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart according to the technical principles of inclusion, social space orientation, participation and empowerment, according to needs You raise needs, shape negotiation processes with welfare support providers and develop new projects in the field of social psychiatry/integration aid You participate in specialised bodies, guide working groups and present the results at events and in committees of the municipal council You create municipal council printed matter, expert opinions and answers to press requests concerning social psychiatry/integration aid You work on cross-sectional tasks of the department – especially in the areas of participation, social space orientation, quarter development and prevention of poverty

A completed university degree (Master or Diploma of a University) with technical references to social planning or integration aid (e.g. social sciences or social work) Experience in the fields of social planning, especially in connection with social psychiatry/integration aid Knowledge in process and project management Pronounced capacity for analytical thinking and self-responsibility and self-initiative working style Embossed communication and cooperation capabilities Very good written and oral expressability and good knowledge of MS Office programs
