At TIMOCOM, the new customer review significantly contributes to testing and pre-qualifying potential new customers for their suitability for cooperation. As People Lead (m/w/d), you have the chance to lead and develop this experienced team. In addition, you actively participate in the optimization of our workflows and processes. The work can be done in proportion in the Home Office. You should come to the office about a day a week. You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of a motivated and competent 11-member team. Planning and organization as well as management and control of personnel codes and projects are part of your daily work. For this, you'll create KPI's and OKR's for the assigned area. The implementation of training and training measures also falls within your task area. In your working day, you work with colleagues from Sales and Customer Service across departments. Finally, you are responsible for the successful placement and implementation of TIMOCOM corporate culture.

You have at least two years of well-founded leadership experience. In addition, you could already gain (first) project experience. Ideally, you will also bring knowledge of OKR's and experience with the logistics industry. Your work is characterised by pronounced analytical skills, a high level of commitment and a high level of self-initiative. In order to be able to communicate well with your international customers, you will bring knowledge of German as well as very good English. Excellent communication skills as well as customer-oriented thinking and acting complete your profile.
