You advise customers as an expert, especially in critical situation such as incidents, and contribute to complex technical projects involving external partners You develop and optimize service solutions for transformers and substations and take on technical leadership in the field of asset management You ensure internal transfer knowledge and competence through training and strategic input You shape portfolio and business model development You identify trends at early stage, especially in business and regulatory environments, and translate them into strategic decisions You represent strategic innovations and new solution approaches to management You contribute to the advancement of the department through publications, presentations, and active participation in expert committees

You have a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or have a similar qualification You have several years of professional experience in energy technology, with a focus on asset management and diagnostic methods You communicate complex topics clearly and bring strong process understanding in asset management (ISO 55000 standards) You work in a structured, independent, and results-oriented manner and are well connected within the energy supply industry You have business-fluent German and English language skills You are willing to travel visas (approx. 20%)
