It consists of the LWL clinic for psychiatry, psychotherapy, psychosomatics and the LWL clinic for children and youth psychiatry, psychotherapy, psychosomatics. The LWL-Klinikum Marsberg forms an important link in the psychosocial supply network of the Hochsauerlandkreis. We work in our interprofessional teams under the motto ''Common to the Target Health''. Therefore, we want to further professionalise psychiatric care in the clinic and strengthen it by a team of nursing experts. The orientation of both the needs of the supply area and the individual needs and competencies of the future role owner is of great importance for us.

The LWL clinic for psychiatry, psychotherapy, psychosomatics is therefore looking for a:n nursing expert/care expert I Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) in the field of general psychiatry and psychotherapy.

Further development: Support in the development of a scientifically sound, sustainable and effective care process incl. Evaluation Direct patient care: nursing with instructions and arrangement, especially in complex cases Support: Advice, guidance and training of caregivers at the workplace, support of relatives and advice service for technical questions at the clinic Research: Scientific work in the research field of supply and publication of specialist contributions Team development: co-responsibility in the implementation of training and (team) workshops

Qualification: Completed care-related studies with Master's degree or just before obtaining the qualification Practical experience: Ideally psychiatric professional experience and self-interest in high quality healthcare Personal interests: joy and motivation in the design of innovative change and development processes as well as knowledge sharing Strengths: Team-, communication- and problem-solving capability and responsibility awareness
