Your tasks Preparation of construction site logistics based on construction schedules and moving masses – including planning of the economically required number and size of locomotives, the required car space and the required track lengths Creation of an operational plan for approval by the contracting entity in coordination with the construction management Optimization of construction site logistics in cooperation with the building management taking into account sustainability and resource conservation Organisation of the schedules for the execution of the railway undertaking (EVU) Function as contact person for superstructure managers, construction managers and polishers Coordination with purchasing to acquire the necessary resources Advising the management in relation to possible investments ensuring a smooth running of track logistics during construction; central contact person for drivers, manoeuvring companions Documentation of the actual construction site sequences, including any deviations in logistics diaries, as a basis for billing the logistics services to the client Examination of the performance of contractors and inclusion of the results in the audit Our contribution: Ensuring punctuality in rail transport Contribution to the development of sustainable transport infrastructure Implementation of the Federal Government's billion-poor investment package in the coming years
