Team Leader Driving Service, Dispatching and Sales Public Transport (m/f/d)

At the Fulda site, you are responsible for the service and operational planning of a modern transport company with around 120 passengers and function as an interface to our control center and management You run the disposition in Fulda city bus traffic as well as our ÖPNV customer center including the RMV sales office with a total of 6 employees You take over the selection and recruitment of employees in the driving service and training of professional drivers You control and coordinate operation management with approximately 80 buses using integrated software systems Together with your team, ensure service-oriented sales and customer management In close coordination with the operating management and our OPNV task carriers, you will be able to manage your operations smoothly, especially in road construction and major events.

You have a commercial or technical university degree with a focus on transport/logistics or comparable training You bring professional experience in the disposition and distribution of a transport company and convince by leadership and communication strength You can safely master MS Office programs and ideally have knowledge of the industry-standard software “IVU” You have well-founded knowledge of traffic management processes in passenger transport and logistics Ideally, you have the certificate of professional qualifications “Travel Manager Passenger Transport/Guider Transport” according to EU Regulation 1071/2009 as well as the D/DE driving licence or are willing to acquire these qualifications.
