The construction of Sachsen-Anhalt e.V. is the educational service provider for the construction industry in Saxony-Anhalt. His two over-company training centres in Magdeburg and Holleben near Halle are recognized by the Federal Institute for Vocational Training, the SOKA-Bau, the main association of the German construction industry, the competent national authorities and the employment agencies in Saxony-Anhalt as educational establishments for the construction industry. Trainers for Construction Equipment Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

They support the management of the training centre in the organisation of over-company training. They ensure the quality and content of implementation of the over-company training content according to the training framework plan for the profession of the construction equipment manager in close coordination with our customers. With a view over the rim of the plate, you will establish new contacts and help us to further expand the offer of the association.

• Planning and preparation of training
• to carry out professional vocational training on the basis of technical-time arrangements and valid curricula at a high level for apprentices and students
• imparting skills and skills of the respective profession
• Implementation of occupational safety instructions and enforcement of occupational safety standards in the training process
• Assessment of work performance based on uniform assessment standards

Your profile:

(m/w/d) as an instructor for construction equipment managers or a multiannual professional experience as a construction equipment manager

• willingness to qualify as trainer for construction equipment operators, provided that the training for AEVO is not yet available
• trainers (AdA) according to AEVO
