You serve our member companies independently in all questions of individual and collective labour law (including KSchG, BetrVG and TVG) You support our member companies in the design of contracts (e.g. work contracts, business agreements, etc.) You prepare work processes and represent the interests of our member companies in courts You actively support the speech and acquisition of new members You represent NORDMETALL and the AGV NORD in many bodies and associations At the latest beginning of 2028, the management of the office is reoccupied age-related, for which succession you can qualify through successful, dedicated work. As the face of our associations, the management of the office provides important contacts in local and regional networks and is the link to the Hamburg headquarters

You are familiar with business relationships and have a high interest in business issues You work independently, structured, efficiently and independently and act as a team player who appreciates the embedding in a large team/network to associate experts You represent the interests of our member companies with great self-motivation and persistence, chronological flexibility and customer orientation (including readiness to travel primarily in the North German region) With your open, winning and binding nature, you are actively approaching other people and enjoy building networking networks and the acquisition of new members You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and use all modern office applications as well as common communication media, including legal advice
