The ever-growing Service & Security Management Team operates standardised management systems in the environment of customers from Enterprise and Public Sector and ensures their continuous improvement, among others, through GRC standards, certifications and testing. Within the IONOS Group with international subsidiaries, the team creates corporate standards, for example in risk, document and process management. Tasks In this guide role you will: A team of organizational security and service management employees lead. Be a central contact for standards and certifications established in the IONOS Group. The security risk management of the IONOS Group and other parts of the Holding United Internet are responsible. The core processes and management system activities, e.g. document, process, and emergency management, operate and are responsible. Report on the activities and degrees of maturity of management systems according to the target group. Use interfaces to other corporate functions such as compliance and legal. Qualifications Successfully completed university studies, in computer science, with a focus on information security or the like, or a long-term professional experience in the field of information security, service management or comparable areas. Not only do you know international and national standards and standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 50001, on the name - you have already worked in certified scopes and maybe created them new. You should have already gained first leadership experience. You achieve results by convincing specialist areas in an international organization and motivating them to implement standards and processes.
