Completed training for/to the qualified health care and nursing staff including qualification according to § 26 GuKG Completed studies in the field of Health Care Management, Social Management or a comparable discipline Completed E.D.E.-certified home manager training or the willingness to retrieve it within three years of order Multiannual experience in a leading function as well as strong leadership and management skills Experience in managing projects and processes of change is advantageous Communication and cooperation capability, organizational talent with innovative readiness High competence in handling complex decision-making, problem- and conflict situations Valuable and professional appearance towards residents, relatives, employees and external partners readiness to receive additional services and ongoing training
