Development of service and spare parts concepts for new products and development of changes/updates for service documentation

Definition of necessary spare parts and maintenance of existing spare parts lists in consultation with the development, construction and spare parts logistics and development of special service tools and adjustment instructions

Active integration into product development process to ensure the serviceability of new product developments

Support for product support/care of existing products including upgrades

Supporting tasks for testing and evaluating new hardware and software including the creation of technical documentation
