The 4-star Superior Mövenpick Hotel Stuttgart Airport has been embedded between the airport and the Landesmesse Stuttgart since October 2007. The proximity to both hotspots in the Airport City brings an international clientele and a top connection to the public transport network. In January 2022, the “green oasis” also opens directly at the Landesmesse and the ICS Stuttgart: The Mövenpick Hotel Stuttgart Messe & Congress. In total, the two Mövenpick hotels have 588 modern rooms, an impressive event area with 2,200m2 and a unique design by the Italian star architect Matteo Thun. Responsible for the smooth operation in all F&B outlets for the Mövenpick Hotel Stuttgart Messe & Congress and the Mövenpick Hotel Stuttgart Airport Support and organisation of the service management with a focus on operational Responsible for compliance with standards in all R&B areas (quality, hygiene, etc.) Quick, sympathetic and solution-oriented response to daily new challenges Support of the cash register system and control of cash registers Creation, calculation and maintenance of menu and beverage cards Planning, organisation and implementation of R&B actions and projects Guidance and introduction of new employees, trainees and helpers together with the outlet managers Responsibility for service and holiday planning in all R&B areas, taking into account business Creation of the budget in compliance with the targets Conducting job interviews and personnel talks in close cooperation with the HR team

Successfully completed training in the hotel industry or gastronomy Multiannual professional experience in a similar position in gastronomy or a restaurant, e.g. as a restaurant manager Promotion and further development of the R&B team Flexibility to respond to different work situations Organizational and improvisational talent with strategic vision Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Impressed quality awareness and a pronounced concept of service Knowledge of business management and logical and comprehensible handling of operating indicators Careful outer appearance
