Civil engineering / construction engineering

Project and construction management of complex renovation and renovation objects e.g. T. during operation Qualified client support and coordination with authorities, architects and technical engineers Tendering and awarding of contractors Contract controlling and quality assurance during the construction phase for the contractor Coordination of external design participants, subcontractors and internal specialist departments Cost determination, budget planning, cost control, reporting and accounting of construction services and support in liability management

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, facility management or training as a construction technician Multiannual professional experience in project management and control of complex reconstruction and rehabilitation projects Experience in the fields of calculation, planning and procurement law, VOB, contracting and construction Experience in public service procurement law is advantageous Special commitment and initiative and joy in work Above-average communication and team capacity, enforcement capacity and independent and structured working methods
