You... ensures smooth support of our customers with settlement status in demanding cases. For this purpose, you develop settlement strategies and implement them in compliance with legal and insolvency risks. analysing and accommodating developed settlement concepts and the related measures, bringing agreements to completion, utilising securities ordered and holding existing receivables and their forcibly assertion. represents our savings bank at external dates, e.g. for forced auctions. work closely with all internal and external stakeholders, e.g. customers, our customer advice, lawyers:inside and financial partners.

That's what you bring: (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification with a business or legal background. Practical experience in the processing of non-performing engagements and the representation in forced auction procedures. high sense of responsibility as well as business understanding and legal knowledge coupled with a convincing appearance, communication and enforcement strength.
