The work is limited to one year, with a view to a lasting cooperation. Your responsibility includes: Technical and disciplinary management of currently six employees Monitoring and control of the registration of samples Participation in process optimization (Lean Management) Quality management: monitoring of quality-safe processes Interface to other laboratory areas, customer support and quality assurance Processing of complaints and customer requests Creation of service plans and further development of employees Support in carrying out routine investigations Work safety tasks

Complete natural science studies or training, e.g. BTA, CTA, MTA, biology laboratory, chemical laboratory, biologist or chemist First management experience in a comparable environment, e.g. team management or project management in the laboratory (or in a comparable environment) Experience in chemical analysis desirable Solution- and process-oriented personality with pronounced hands-on mentality and the ability to constructively resolve conflicts Team player with motivating, sovereign and empirical appearance Organizer with a structured and structural way Very good communication skills Embossed service orientation Very good knowledge of German and English Safe handling of MS Office
