Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

You take over the independent control and execution of demanding construction projects. Together with the project participants, you develop usage concepts, identify needs and define quality standards taking into account sustainability and cost-effectiveness. The control and coordination of object planning in the performance phases 1–8 is your responsibility. You recognise project risks early and develop appropriate measures to counteract them. As a central contact person, you coordinate all planning and specialist disciplines involved in the project and ensure smooth cooperation. Costs, dates and budgets are at your fingertips and ensure the economic implementation of your projects. In addition, you will participate in tenders, tender evaluations and awards. Contract negotiations with specialist planners, reviewers and other project participants lead you confidently and targeted. During the design, you will ensure compliance with quality standards, appointments and regulatory requirements. Cost, appointment and follow-up management is also part of your responsibility. You accompany the acceptances and organize the transfer of the construction projects to owners, users or tenants. After completion of the project, you will take care of the warranty phase and enforce warranty claims consistently. A complete and comprehensible project documentation as well as the archiving of the building documents complete your task area.

You have completed their studies in architecture and civil engineering, training as an engineer or another comparable qualification. You have already gained experience in a comparable structural environment and ideally have knowledge of procurement law You have organisational skills and have a solution-oriented and structured approach You like to communicate at all levels and are open to constructive exchange You enjoy unique properties – just like us!
