Do you want to use AI not only but to actively shape it – especially in the area of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agent Systems? Then you're right with us. Our team is based on Executive Management and is responsible for the strategic orientation of personnel development and personnel management of executives. We consistently focus on digitization, data analysis and modern AI solutions. To further develop our AI-driven HR processes, we are looking for an intern with a high level of readiness and interest in a subsequent working student activity. Your tasks in detail Introduction to existing and development of new KNIME workflows for the automation of HR evaluations Creation of data analyses and their target group-oriented preparation in the field of personnel development of executives Cooperation in the design and implementation of AI-based HR processes, in particular: further development of RAG approaches Designing and testing agent systems Active participation in the design of future data and AI-driven personal processes

Student*in the economic or social sciences (e.g. BWL, VWL, Psychology), the (economic) informatics or a comparable degree programme IT knowledge: High affinity for work with data and interest in digitalization Extensive readiness to work in AI topics beyond the standard use of tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) Basic understanding of web technologies and APIs Programming skills (e.g. Python, JavaScript or R) and SQL are advantageous Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote
