Product Manager DACH (m/f/d)

You shape the product and assortment strategy for the DACH region in close coordination with the international group strategy You are responsible for the entire product life cycle of a defined product range – from market launch to growth and continuous optimization to structured outphasing. In addition, you control the pricing strategy within the associated product portfolio The implementation of sound market and competition analyses for the continuous further development and optimization of the range as well as the control of the Go-to-Market strategy incl. Planning and implementation of product introductions is in your hands You work closely and across areas with purchasing, sales and marketing as well as other relevant interfaces You are responsible for the analysis and control of product performance (conversion, margin, customer development) including derivation and implementation of data-based action recommendations Ensuring high data quality through continuous care, updating and further development of the product master data in ERP and MDM systems complete your task

You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable discipline – alternatively you have a commercial training with relevant professional experience, ideally in shipping or in an industrial environment In addition, you could gather between three and five years of professional experience in product or category management You have a strong interest in a versatile product portfolio as well as a good sense of market and customer needs and the pleasure of preparing and communicating product knowledge in a targeted manner You have a high degree of initiative, organizational strength and analytical thinking, as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working. You work with internal and external interfaces and you use your strong communication and team skills. You will certainly communicate in English in word and writing, French skills are of advantage Also in dynamic and time-critical situations you keep an overview and set the right priorities
