As No. 1 in German high and engineering construction, ZÜBLIN offers a comprehensive range of services and develops tailor-made solutions for construction projects of all kinds and sizes in Germany and abroad. Creating performance directories: They are responsible for the creation of performance directories for the extensions in turnkey construction. Special suggestions and optimizations: They develop innovative special suggestions and optimizations to make our construction projects more efficient. Negotiations with re-enterprises: They support the management of negotiations with re-enterprises and introduce your negotiating security. Technical documentation: They shall compile all the technical documents which serve as the basis for our contractors.

Civil engineering or architecture is your area of expertise. They bring several years of professional experience and are ideally familiar with the BIM work. Experience with billing and costing programs like RIB iTWO is desirable. They stand up confidently, possess negotiation skills and are clearly committed.
