In the MVZ Saarbrücken you will find a team of specialists focusing on internal medicine, endocrinology and diabetics, andrology, osteology and general medicine under one roof.

We are now looking for a motivated and committed practice manager (m/w/d).

Operational and organisational management of the operation Leadership, coordination and development of the non-medical team Service, holiday and operational planning Ensuring smooth procedures in the registration and speaking time range Implementation of EBM and private accounting Interface between medical management, staff and administration Responsibility for quality management, hygiene, data protection and fire protection Participation in personnel recovery, onboarding and team development Organisation of internal processes, meetings and external cooperations

Complete training in the medical or commercial field (e.g. MFA, Health Management, Practice Management) Multiannual experience in practical or MVZ management Leadership, organisational strength and a structured working style Communication strength, empathy and conflict resolution competence Safe handling of practical software and MS Office Sensitivity for diversity, equality and non-discriminatory cooperation
