You accompany current human resources projects and support the team in operational day-to-day business Tasks such as master data management, preparation of certificates and certificates, appointment coordination, correspondence and office organization You research on different topics and create presentations Creating evaluations and processing of Excel lists will give you pleasure Bring your ideas to the continuous improvement and digitization of our HR processes

You are a student (m/w/d) in the field of economics, BWL, VWL, economic education or a comparable field of study, ideally with a focus on personnel You convince by an independent, careful and structured way of working You are safe to use the current MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely A high IT and data affinity is helpful to get involved quickly You bring a high level of commitment, communicative skill, as well as confidentiality and trustworthiness with You have very good German and good English skills Ideally, you have gained first experience in the staff sector or in the office organization You are motivated to learn new things and bring a proactive way of working
