Bäcker (m/w/d) Account Manager (m/w/d) in production in 3-shift operation (full time)

This makes your new working day:

• Ensuring a smooth shift
• Proper documentation of production processes
• Providing best repentance on lines
• Dough preparation and processing
• Responsibility for dough quality (temperature, dough rest, browning, etc.), cooking and baking of the bread
• Monitoring of variety change
• Close communication with the layer manager
• Compliance with hygiene regulations and cleanliness
• Admissibility to the bakers
• Control of the flour sieve
