In this role you assume the strategic and operational responsibility of our central services and the indirect purchase of the 1KOMMA5° group. You are the central interface between HQ and our regional units - and make sure that our locations can be focused on what counts: growth, customer satisfaction and implementation. Your goal is to relieve the operating units as much as possible through efficient processes, bundled alerts and active supplier management and to realize cost advantages. Your tasks Team leadership: You guide the Indirect Procurement team and develop it professionally. You create clear structures, responsibilities and standards.

Strategic purchasing: You tax the procurement for indirect product groups (e.g. B and C articles, fleet, insurance, IT services) and conduct contract and price negotiations on your own.

Process optimization: You work closely with the Accounting, Legal and Supply Chain departments to harmonize the administrative processes between the branches and the headquarters.

Stakeholder Management: Together with global and local managing directors, you identify the optimal service portfolio and ensure that the services meet the needs on site.

Monitoring & Controlling: You are responsible for the budget for your area and control a transparent, comprehensible performance calculation via relevant KPIs.

Qualification: You have a completed economic study or a comparable qualification.

Experience: You have already gained several years of professional experience in shopping or in a related area.

Working: You are characterized by a structured, self-responsible way of working and a pronounced understanding of numbers and processes.

Motivation: You are full of energy and want to build a team and scalable processes for the future. You also understand larger changes as a chance to implement improvements.

Guided tour: Ideally, you already have first experience in managing employees (e.g. interns or working students) and plead a cooperative, targeted leadership style.
