Accountant (m/w/d) for international technology company in Schönaich.

Responsibility for accounting in Germany, payment runs, accounting and monthly reports. Support in the financial statements and mentoring for a colleague in the accounting team.

HERE Synapticon develops technology for movement control of robots and machines. Our headquarters is in Schönaich, with offices in the USA and China.

We grow dynamically and want to further strengthen our finance team. That is why we are looking for support in accounting. The position is responsible for accounting for our company in Germany and is in regular exchange with international accounting colleagues.

We work closely with purchasing and sales departments. Our goal is to provide precise and reliable figures for the company. A tax advisor supports us in tax matters.

Accounting Booking of banks, supplier accounts and other business incidents

Open items Processing and coordination of debitors and creditors

Payments Implementation of weekly payments and manual transfers if necessary

Accounts and reports Monthly accounts, reports and financial support

Reporting Revenue tax forecasts and summary reports

Installations and recurring bookings Maintenance of installations, permanent bookings and recurring invoices

Team cooperation Cooperation in the Finance team, exchange with purchasing and sales, incorporation and development of junior colleagues in the accounting team

Education Commercial training or studies with a focus on German accounting or finance

Experience At least two years of direct experience in financial accounting

Digital operation Very good Excel skills with formulas and pivot tables and safe handling of digital systems

Languages German, English is a plus
