In the course of further growth, we are currently looking for a Deputy Production Manager (m/w/d) for cheese production in full time and indefinitely at the location in Schleswig-Holstein.

Support and representation of production management in cheese production in operating daily business as well as in shift and personnel planning / holiday planning Ensuring a smooth production process while maintaining quality, hygiene and safety requirements Control and follow-up of relevant production characteristics (e.g. output, committee, standstills) and derivation of appropriate measures Coordination with quality assurance, technology/maintenance and logistics for troubleshooting, time and material availability Working with the continuous improvement of processes, standards and documentation, as well as support in audits and internal controls Participating in the creation of traceability Evaluation and implementation of process optimizations Collection and execution of purchase orders

Complete training as a food technician, specialist for food technology, dairy technicians or similar qualifications Experience in the management or professional guidance of employees in a shift operation, ideally in cheese production or dairy production High technical affinity and good understanding of hygiene requirements, quality standards and food safety Communication strength, team capacity and independent working style Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation with a view to key figures, causes analyses and effective measures Willingness to take over leadership responsibility in the representation and interest in continuous improvement of processes
