Exhibition Project Manager (m/f/d)

Conceptual, strategic and implementation-related planning and control of the exhibition conception for the event of the IGA 2027 and the associated overall coordination of exhibition partners, contractors and external third parties Introducing creative ideas and co-development of the concept for the exhibition events of the IGA 2027 including the realization and implementation of one of the three future gardens that are subject to admission Acquisition and networking work in the region of the Ruhr metropolis with a focus on possible cooperation partnerships for the IGA 2027 Coordination, organisation and moderation of project-related working groups and groups Creation of tender documents and performance descriptions for the award of construction and services, services and materials, as well as drafting of contract contents Support during the construction and operation of the IGA 2027 in the tasks of the building management, object monitoring and maintenance as well as construction management. Representation and mediation of project-related content in political bodies incl. Public relations and participation with citizenship Conduct of occasional weekends, in particular guided tours of interested exhibition partners and external interest groups, especially during the IGA 2027 event.

Complete study of landscape architecture, architecture, geography or comparable disciplines or completed vocational training with several years of experience in project management Good general education, analytical and pragmatic thinking, interest in diverse topics An independent, project-driven operation and practical knowledge in project management commitment and willingness to interdisciplinary project work with exhibition partners, planning and engineering offices, listening, offices Teamability, reliability, creativity, flexibility and resilience Problem solving and negotiation skills, good communication skills and good written expressiveness Safer MS Office knowledge, experiences in digital communication formats Excellent German knowledge and good English skills Class B licence.
